These terms cover your use of Xtractly — the web app at xtractly.app, the Xtractly browser extension, the Agent Bridge (MCP server) and the REST API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Your account
You sign in with Google or GitHub. You must be at least 13 years old and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for activity on your account, including anything done with the Agent Bridge tokens and API keys you create — treat them like passwords, and revoke any you think are exposed from Settings.
Plans and billing
- Free — no payment required. What it includes is listed on the pricing page.
- Pro — $4.99/month, or $2.99/month billed yearly. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Settings; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Lifetime — a one-time payment of $35 for Pro features for as long as Xtractly operates, with no renewals.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on where you live. We may change prices for future billing periods; if a change affects your subscription, we'll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then.
Plan limits — such as exports per month, or Agent Bridge saves per week — are the ones shown on the pricing page. An export (copying a capture as code, pasting it into Figma, or exporting a page's design tokens) is counted when you make it, once per capture whatever format it leaves in. An AI generation is counted when you send the request, whether or not you keep the result.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied with Pro, ask for a refund within 7 days of being charged. Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Either way, email support@xtractly.app — and if something went wrong outside those windows, reach out anyway and we'll do right by you.
Content you extract from other websites
Xtractly is a tool for reading the code, colors, fonts and assets of pages you visit. The websites you use it on — and their designs, text, images, fonts, logos and code — belong to their owners and may be protected by copyright, trademark, licence terms or the site's own terms of use. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you capture, and for how you use it. Don't use Xtractly to copy a site wholesale, to pass off someone else's work or brand as your own, or to get around a site's access controls.
Your content
You keep whatever rights you have in the components, projects, themes and bookmarks you save. You give us permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to run the Service for you — for example, rendering previews, syncing it to the extension, or serving it to the agents and scripts you connect. We don't sell it or use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Your AI agent
Xtractly doesn't run AI models. If you connect your own agent through the Agent Bridge or REST API, that agent and its provider are governed by their own terms, and code it writes to your library can be wrong or incomplete — review it before you ship it. We don't claim ownership of what you or your agent create.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe anyone's rights;
- get around plan limits, metering or access controls, or share one paid account among several people;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service, or use the API or Agent Bridge to offer a competing extraction service;
- disrupt or overload the Service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our permission, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows;
- upload or generate malware, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
The extension
The browser extension is distributed through the Chrome Web Store and updates automatically. It only reads a page when you use one of its tools — see the Privacy Policy. You can uninstall it at any time.
Changes and availability
We're continually improving Xtractly, so features may change, and we may occasionally need to take the Service down for maintenance. If we remove a paid feature you rely on, or change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your library and saved data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms — where we can, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. If we close your account without cause, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties — express or implied — that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, or that extracted or generated code will work as you expect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
