Credits
Most things in Xtractly are free and unlimited — browsing with the extension, extracting elements, grabbing assets, colours and fonts, saving components, editing in the Playground, and exporting.
Credits are spent only on AI generations:
- Sending a prompt in a project
- Each follow‑up message that regenerates the component
- Converting a bookmark into a project
Credits refresh on a rolling daily window. When you run out, generation is paused until the window resets — everything else keeps working.
Tip
The Agent Bridge doesn't use credits. If you're driving Xtractly from Claude Code or Cursor, generation runs on your own agent subscription.

Troubleshooting
The extension isn't signed in
The extension shares your web‑app session. Open xtractly.com, make sure you're logged in there, then reopen the toolbar and try the account button again. If it still doesn't connect, reload the tab.
A generation failed or produced broken code
Open the project's history and try again — regenerating is often enough. For complex layouts, switch the project to a stronger model in the project header. If the preview won't bundle, hit the refresh button above the preview.
An extraction is missing styles or looks wrong
Sites that build their UI with heavy client‑side JavaScript can produce markup that isn't a perfect match. Use the capture as a starting point and clean it up with the AI Assistant, or send it to a project to have it rebuilt as a component.
Agent Bridge tools stopped responding
The server is stateless and long agent sessions can drift. Restart your agent session to re‑establish the connection. If a token was revoked, generate a new one in Settings → Agent Bridge.
Fonts / Colours panel shows nothing
Both scan the rendered page. Content inside cross‑origin iframes, or lazy content that hasn't scrolled into view yet, won't be picked up — scroll the page and reopen the panel.
